  4. Jaydon Stubbs — January 31, 2012 @ 4:30 pm

The book is really funny. Coraline writes in her diary alot!

  5. Jaydon Stubbs — January 31, 2012 @ 4:32 pm

One of the things that Coraline wrote in her diary was, ” dinner was so nasty, My brother spit in moms dr. pepper and she still drank it!”

  6. kayson choate — February 1, 2012 @ 9:50 am

  10. gage — February 6, 2012 @ 5:43 pm

  11. gage — February 6, 2012 @ 5:45 pm

this book is amazing so far i like how carolina is all goody goody and her little brother david is all gross and rude.

  12. Reveca Sustaita — March 22, 2012 @ 7:02 pm

This book is really good so far! I like the second story in this book! I didn’t like the first story at all. But this second one seems a lot more interesting! I hope the whole book is like this. I like the little David leaves so happy with his toy solider. Then he comes back with with tears in his eyes because he swallowed it. I had to read that part about 20 times because I couldn’t believe that he had actually swallowed it. And how she just reacts to this is funny. If this happened to my little brother I would just be freaking out. I would probably call 911 thinking he was going to die. Because could you imagine swallowing a toy! Oh wow! Thinking of this gives me the chills! Ok yeah…… Bye.

This book is okay, not my favorite.. But it’s good!! Its funny.. Haha.. Like how caroline and her brother david are eating and he spits in Drinks.. But it’s gross! It’s kind of cool how its like a bunch of stories in one big book.

  14. Sam VanOrman :) — April 3, 2012 @ 1:09 pm

Soo… This book is good because like a lot of people can relate to it.. Like at the first how there is that one girl that lies a lot so people will like her and she is kind of is like fakish.. Everyone knows someone like that. Haha. But yeah.

  15. Sam VanOrman :) — April 3, 2012 @ 1:12 pm

I like that there is a lot of stories in one big one.. But it is kind of confusing.. So I like it but I kind of don’t. I guess I will find out after the book is over, yeah.. Well I am going to go read.. Bye!!

  16. Elise waikart — April 5, 2012 @ 10:40 am

Ya i agree with reveca i did not like the first story i thought it was way wierd! But i guess it is getting better. I also liked the second story better and the third also.

  17. Elise waikart — April 5, 2012 @ 10:43 am

Veroica is kinda wierd and i really thought she was lying and me and kayla were talking about that its crazy like how can it be possible! But i liked how that story ended. :)

  18. Elise waikart — April 5, 2012 @ 10:48 am

I wish the stories are going to pick them selves back up again they really leave them selves at clif hangers, all of them really. But i guess you almost can see where they relate like the cadets probably go to the same school as well as the girl with the flute and the chimps.

  19. Reveca Sustaita — April 6, 2012 @ 3:40 pm

This book is good. I really like the “Yeah Right” story I thought it was really good. I love how Veronica is really annoying. I have a cousin like that but she lives far from me. So i guess its okay. Haha that is kinda mean, never mind. I like how he is willing to take her out to have ice for $100. I would have done it without thinking twice. I would just be OKAY! And then you could just say oh I have to go the dentist. So… I’ll see you later. It’s the smart thing to do.

  20. Elise waikart — April 10, 2012 @ 9:04 pm

I feel sooo bad for that old guy that thoes chimp people like ruined his cooler and his antena and the they just RAN OFF! That is so mean i would have at least helped him get back on his roof and returned his 3$ I also feel bad for the dude with the wanted grandma i don’t know what i would do if my grandma was wanted! I would probably like cry!

  21. Kayla — April 11, 2012 @ 8:23 pm

Ya…Elise and I were totally saying how funny that would be if Veronica was telling the truth. When we found out that she was telling the truth we were so suprised and like how ironic that we were just saying that!

  22. Kayla — April 11, 2012 @ 8:26 pm

I hate how it just stops when they’ve told enough to get you wondering how it’ll all work out and then they just end…I want to know how some of these work out!

  23. Kayla — April 11, 2012 @ 8:38 pm

I agree with Elise, I wish that they would either pick up the stories or at least tell us just a bit about how they all end. I think it would be ironic if Veronica and the kid end up like going out or something like that.

  24. Kayla — April 11, 2012 @ 8:40 pm

The Teenage Chimps one really super befundled me! They talk like they really are chimps and rhinos and girrafes and what not. But that makes like no sense whatsoever!

  25. Reveca Sustaita — April 13, 2012 @ 4:15 pm

I’m sorry I forgot my papers at my house but I’m going to get them ready after so i wont forget. The book was ok. Not my favorite… I did like how there was different stories. Because lets say that it was just the first story. I wouldnt have liked the book. But I did like two stories. Yeah Right and… I think it was called the sounds of love. I’m not 100% sure.

  26. Reveca Sustaita — April 13, 2012 @ 4:21 pm

I liked the story called….. uh… One Last Kiss. I thought it was kinda sad to see your grandma in the wanted list. And for a fake check. That’s not good. My favorite things about book clubs is… word geek! It was so easy because there was Spanish in the book and there was a dictionary in the back so it was really easy! I’m going to miss books clubs but at the same time I like that they are over. I am more happy then sad. I also didn’t like having the book in the backpack because I was always afraid that i was going to bend the pages for accidentally get them written in with a pen in my bag, or rip a page. But now the worry is over so YAY!!

  27. Alexander Gott — April 15, 2012 @ 9:53 am

well i really liked the book because it was short stories so it still had my attention all the way through. a lot of the stories were relatable in some way!

  28. Alexander Gott — April 15, 2012 @ 9:54 am

one of the chapters i thought was really confusing was the one about the teenage chimps, because they related everybody to an animal so it made me think of WHY they related them to that specific animal.

  29. Alexander Gott — April 15, 2012 @ 9:56 am

in the beginnning of the book they were really short chapters but at the end they becae longer and longer. i think it should have stayed equally the same through out the book. I think the author should make another book liek this.

  30. Alexander Gott — April 15, 2012 @ 9:58 am

because of the short story feature of this book, it was unique because in a lot of books it gets boring reading about the same character all the time but this it was different people all the time so it was like you really read a bunch of books!

  31. Tammy H — April 16, 2012 @ 6:40 am

This was a really intersting book. I can think of several different stories that remind me of things that go on here. Some of the things though I couldn’t believe they allow in schools.

  32. Tammy H — April 16, 2012 @ 6:44 am

@kayla.: It befudled me too. I was really creeped out. I can’t believe some of they language they used. They really did talk like they were chimps. I didn’t really get that chapter.

  33. Tammy H — April 16, 2012 @ 6:46 am

The ending of that last story was sucky. I hated it cause all the work they did was just so that the dad could be all “Did we win?”

  34. ben hayes — April 16, 2012 @ 2:04 pm

this book was pretty intense. i loved the first chapter. it was amazing hearing about this kid paintball . he’s pretty pro.

  35. ben hayes — April 16, 2012 @ 2:06 pm

All the other chapters were kinda boring. I dont mean to be a bummer. but there could of been better stories.

  36. Tammy H — April 16, 2012 @ 2:10 pm

I totally agree with Alex. I loved reading the different stories about different people and how they live their lives.
I need to finish my last thing though it made me soooooooo mad that they had the so who basically turned his life around thanks to some help from his father. Then the father goes and gets addicted to buying all kinds of junk and crap. He completely ruins his relationship with his family and he goes to jail. For a Football team.

  37. ben hayes — April 16, 2012 @ 2:11 pm

There should of been like some stories about teens doing pranks. but there was still some good parts.

  38. ben hayes — April 16, 2012 @ 2:14 pm

over all i liked this book. i should’ve payed more attention (sorry mrs.folker) haha but i like the part were the kid
    spits in his sisters cup.

  39. ben hayes — April 16, 2012 @ 2:14 pm

I over all i liked this book. i should’ve payed more attention (sorry mrs.folker) haha but i like the part were the kid

  40. ben hayes — April 16, 2012 @ 2:15 pm

oh crap i didnt meen to send that last comment

  41. lfolker — April 22, 2012 @ 8:38 pm

It is ok. I also understand that sometimes when we read, we don’t pay full attention. :)

  42. Samantha Garcia — May 12, 2012 @ 2:31 pm

Ha! I know it is kinda late but i need to get my grade up… I really liked “yeah, right”!! how veronica annoys the heck out of javier and he has to take her out to eat because she gave him $100! Ha!

  43. Samantha Garcia — May 12, 2012 @ 2:36 pm

yeah i agree with reveca from along time ago on how “Paintball in the wild” isn’t the best story in the book! it kept on confusing me on what it was tring to say.

  44. Samantha Garcia — May 12, 2012 @ 2:40 pm

i also liked the storie about the girl with the flute and the guy kept on stealimg it!! i thought it was cute but when it said she had a little wait I kinda saw the entire storie different (no affence).

  45. Samantha Garcia — May 12, 2012 @ 2:43 pm

But the entire book was pretty good there was some stories that were REALLY interesting and some that could use some help but yeah over all it was GOOD!!
