This book is good so far. The girl seems to be kind of a trouble maker though. I cant believe they would do that to the white kids school bus. But I guess I would probably do that too. I think that would be scary to know that there are riders going around burning people and their houses! I would be so scared!!

This book is sad. It’s sad to hear all the hard things black people had to go through just because of their color. I hope that nothing bad happenes to the Logans even though I am pretty sure it is just going to get worse for them!

I think it is a very good book so far. I think it is very unfair how they treated the black kids just becuase of the color of there skin. I thought it was very cool when they dug the hole in the road so that the bus would drive over it and crash. It wasnt right but it was a very good revenge. It makes me sad to think that all the black kids had to go though this when they had nothing to do with how they were born.

This book is very good. I don’t get why the land is the most important thing in the world I mean they should care about other thing also. It’s also stupid how just because hes black they treat him badly.

Very gripping. A book for an intelligent crowd. Little man is hilarious trying to keep every thing clean.

Also I think they should get to keep the land because their dad worked so hard for it!!!

i think this story is going really good i like it its emotional and very interesting its sucks though the black peoplethere dont have there own land and they should have the rights to have the same as the white.

I finished the book on Friday. It was a very good book. The end of it was very sad but I really like how Little Man is funny and kepps everything clean. I really hated how they were miss treated just because they were black. I would maybe read this book again!
