He soon learns which of the other kids are using their gifts for good and which are evil. They are all endowed with different talents. Charlie can enter pictures so he travels in time and space. Peter and the Starcatchers by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson

Book Jacket

Peter Pan is a classic tale but this is a new twist. Peter comes in contact with a group that is trying to keep a secret safe. they have to fight off pirates and thieves that would steal the secret and destroy the world. The characters are a little different from the classic tale but Peter is still the hero orphan boy and it is filled with magic and wonder like the original. This is a series and the story continues in the other books.
