Welcome!

PARENTS: I am transitioning most of the daily posts from the blog into Google Classroom.  Parents, please send me your email, your child’s first and last name, and the period your child has English with me and I will send you an invite to the Google Classroom. You will then be able to receive weekly updates for your child’s assignments.

Parents and students, sign up for REMIND texts to remind you of upcoming important information relevant to English. To sign up, students may pick up a flyer in my room, or parents may email me and I’ll send you the code. The system is set up now, so please contact me if you’d like the code for your child’s class.

You need these items EVERY DAY in class:

  • a bound composition type notebook designated solely for English (please no spiral bound)
  • loose, lined paper for daily assignments
  • a folder to hold handouts and assignments (this can be placed in your binder if you have one)
  • pencil/pen (please no neon or light colors; they are too hard to read)
  • A personal reading book of your choice (please bring to class with you every day)
